Rokeya Chowdhury is a human rights activist and Lecturer at Faculty of Law, University of Dhaka. At present she is carrying her Doctoral Research as an O’Brien Fellow at Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism, McGill University. She is the author of “Manual for Human Rights Defenders" published by National Human Rights Commission, Bangladesh. Rokeya’s research interest includes human rights, interdisciplinary legal studies and comparative law.
