He has formerly served as Special Advisor on International Law to the Office of the President of Afghanistan and is the incumbent Global Peace Ambassador to India appointed by the Center for Peace Studies, Srilanka. Bhavyata Kapoor is an Advocate practising at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, India. She is also an LL.M. candidate at Panjab University, India and her interests lie in International Law and Comparative Public Law.
